Yesterday I dropped past the R&R Sports store to see if our race team shirts were finished, and this is what I found...
<------
I just love having our guys wear the black shirts embroidered with pink and silver on the back! Not to mention that their names are embroidered in pink on the front :) Hey, when they pilot the bikes down to the end of the 1/4 track they can have whatever colors they want.
Hence, my motto - only real men can wear pink!

Ever Laptop on the Sofa?
So, an interesting debate has arisen. An upcoming trip to Indiana brings me to a computer dilemma - do I take the laptop with me or leave it at home?
Sometimes I feel that this thing is attached to my ankle like a ball and chain. I wake up in the morning and check the computer for overnight emails. I come home for lunch and check the email. I come home from work in the evening and turn on the computer, peruse Cousin Jonna's 'The Full Life' and daughter Jen's and daughter-in-law Kathy's My Space pages, pay bills, check out all kinds of things I'd like to buy, research things of interest (ever tried watching "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader' while googling for the correct answers??)... and of course check for emails. I might check my email 5 - 10 times throughout the day (not that anyone really emails, but I must clear out all that junk email!)
All this (except for the part about checking out friends and family blogsites) makes me think I would love not being attached to my computer. Maybe I will just take a book with me instead.
As evening progresses, after dinner dishes are done, Roger and I sit here and 'lap-top' together on the sofa . Wait...if I go on my Indiana trip with my computer I can laptop in the evenings with Roger from 1200 miles away! - how romantic :) That does it - I will take the book...AND the computer!
